Vipul Tamhane is a specialist in anti-money laundering and counterterrorism financing, advising businesses, governments, and law-enforcement agencies. A visiting faculty member at Pune University and founder and editor-in-chief of Diplomacy Direct – a public interest thinktank – he also instructs police personnel on terror financing and money laundering.
