New Delhi: Tata Boeing Aerospace Limited (TBAL), a joint venture between Boeing and Tata Advanced Systems Limited (TASL), said it has rolled out the 400th fuselage for the AH-64E Apache attack helicopter from its 52,000 sq. m. facility in Hyderabad.
The fuselages are made in India and fitted into aircraft supplied worldwide, including to the U.S. Army. Six Apaches were delivered to the Indian Army in 2025, and the Indian Air Force operates a fleet of 22 AH-64E Apaches.
TBAL was set up in 2016 and employs more than 750 engineers and technicians, who use robotics, automation and other aerospace manufacturing technologies to build fuselage aerostructures for the Apache.
The company said the milestone reflects the growing maturity of India’s aerospace manufacturing base and its integration into global defence supply chains.
