Shripad Naik reviews security situation at Yol

Jammu: Minister of State for Defenec Shripad Naik on Saturday visited Yol Military Cantonment to review the operational preparedness of the forces.He also interacted with the troops.

The Minister was received by Lt Gen JS Nain, General Officer Commanding, Rising Star Corps at Yol. He was briefed by the GOC about the security environment, operational preparedness & upgradation of security infrastructure within the Corps Area of Responsibility.  

He also interacted with army personals over a cup of tea, where he congratulated them on an excellent job being done.

The minister mentioned that he was confident about the preparedness of Indian Army to meet any conventional and unconventional threat.
