Puducherry: German Ambassador to India Walter J. Lindner on Wednesday called on Puducherry Lt. Governor Kiran Bedi at Raj Nivas here.
The visiting dignitary held discussion with Lt. Governor on the subjects of common interest.
The envoy appreciated the uniqueness of Puducherry and expressed interest that he would like to re-visit here in future too.
According to a Raj Nivas release, Mr Lindner studied Music, Law and Political Science in Munich University.
He is not only a career diplomat, but also a well known Musician. There are several musical CDs produced by him available in the market.
“German Ambassador to India, H.E. Walter J. Lindner @AmbLindnerIndia, and German Consul General, Ms. Karin Christina Maria Stoll @GermanyChennai visited us today. H.E.being a musician of renown has promised to share his music with us to be played here at RajNivas @GermanyinIndia,” Ms Bedi said in a tweet.
