Jaisalmer: Third batch of 195 Indians have been brought from Iran to Jaisalmer by a special plane in the wake of fast spread of deadly Coronovirus.

The passengers were screened at the Airport and shifted to the Army Wellness Facility at Jaisalmer Military Station, Rajasthan-based Defence PRO Col Sombit Ghosh said.

With the arrival of this batch of evacuees, the total number of quarantined people housed at the Army Wellness Facility in Jaisalmer Military Station rose to  484.

The Army authorities have confirmed that all the quarantined persons are stable and are making full use of the facilities available in the Wellness Facility.

The comfort levels exhibited by the evacuees at the Wellness Facility demonstrates that the people are willing to go the distance in the nation's fight against COVID-19.

The second batch of 53 Indian nationals were brought at the same centre on Monday while the first one was evacuated from Iran last week.
