New Delhi: Six top Indian Air Force (IAF) officers, including Vice Chief Air Marshal HS Arora and South-Western Air Command chief Air Marshal SK Ghotia have been awarded with Param Vishisht Seva Medal (PVSM), an official said on Saturday.
Twelve officers too have been awarded with Ati Vishisht Seva Medal (AVSM). Four air warriors have been awarded with Vayu Sena Medal (VSM) for gallantry, including two posthumously.
A total of 13 Vayu Sena Medal, 29 Vishisht Sena Medal and five mention-in-despatches on the occasion of Republic Day 2020.
