A Pakistani Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) on Monday was shot down at international boundary in Sri Ganganagar district of Rajasthan. Around 11:30 am, the UAV was detected by Indian Air Defence radars, the sources added.  Reportedly Sukoi-30 MKIs were involved in this action. The Indian Air Force (IAF) immediately scrambled Sukhoi Su-30MKI fighter jets from the Nal Airforce Station, located on the outskirts of Bikaner. The jets took to the skies and took down the UAV by firing an air-to-air missile. The UAV’s debris landed in Pakistan on a sand dune name MW Toba. On February 26 also, a Pakistani UAV was shot down near the International Border in Kutch district of Gujarat.
